Delivery Rates and Times
Most scores will be sent as a pdf file. Other scores will be send by mail. The shipping rates within Europe are € 5,00 and for the rest of the world € 10,00. Humm A Cappella aims to dispatch orders within three days.
Returns Policy
We cannot accept any returns of purchases of arrangements.
In case of damaged or incorrectly sent items, please return the items to the address below. Upon receipt of the items, we will send you the order again and refund you the shipping costs according to EU Refund Rights Law. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless it is damaged or has been incorrectly sent (as outlined by EU Refund Rights Law). We are unable to accept any items that you wish to return following 30 days of the delivery date, unless it is damaged or has been incorrectly sent.
